Public Guardian Act 2014

This section applies if—

under repealed section 92, a community visitor was required to prepare, and give to the commissioner, a report about a visit under repealed section 90 or 91; and

the community visitor had not prepared and given the report the commissioner before the commencement; and

on the commencement, the community visitor is appointed a community visitor (child).

The community visitor must prepare and give the report to the public guardian as soon as practicable after the commencement.

A report given to the public guardian under this section is taken to be a report given under section 70.
