200 Particular community visitors go out of office
(1)
This section applies to a community visitor if, immediately before the commencement, under former section 110(2) or former section 111(2), the community visitor could not hold office.
(2)
On the commencement, the community visitor goes out of office and the person’s appointment as a community visitor ends.
