107 Disclosure under Act or with written consent etc.
Section 105(1) does not apply if the confidential information is disclosed by a relevant person—
(a)
in the performance of functions under this Act; or
(b)
with the written or oral consent of the person to whom the information relates; or
(c)
to the person to whom the information relates; or
(d)
in a form that could not identify any person.
