174 Definitions for div 3
In this division—
confidential information means information that has become known to a relevant person in the course of performing the relevant person’s functions under this part.
information includes a document.
relevant person means the following—
(a)
a person who is, or was, the chief executive;
(b)
a person who is, or was, involved in the administration or enforcement of this part, including, for example, a health service employee or a public service employee.
