220 Confidentiality of information
(1)
A relevant person must not, whether directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
The Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011, section 142, does not apply to a relevant person in relation to confidential information.
