Powers available for prevention and control program

(1)

For undertaking a prevention and control program, an authorised person may exercise only the powers under this part and must not exercise the powers under chapter 9.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not apply to the investigation by an authorised person of the contravention of a provision of this part.
