409 Tampering with seized things
(1)
If an authorised person restricts access to a seized thing under section 408, a person must not tamper with the thing, or something restricting access to the thing, without an authorised person’s approval.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
tamper includes attempt to tamper.
