67 Use of drinking water samples taken under expired regulation for annual value
(1)
This section applies if a sample of drinking water was taken to test for Escherichia coli under section 18AC(a) of the expired regulation during the period starting on 1 September 2017 and ending on the day before the commencement.
(2)
Section 52(4) applies to the sample as though the sample was taken for testing as required under section 52(1).
