20 Publication of codes of conduct
(1)
The chief executive officer of a public sector entity must publish and keep available for inspection by any person an appropriate number of copies of the entity’s approved code of conduct.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a reference in this section to a person includes a reference to a member of the public.
