117D Inspector’s conditions of appointment
(1)
An inspector holds office on the conditions specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2)
An inspector—
(a)
if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—ceases holding office at the end of the term; and
(b)
may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the public trustee; and
(c)
if the conditions of appointment provide—ceases holding office as an inspector on ceasing to hold another office stated in the conditions of appointment.
