117G Entry to places
(1)
An inspector may enter a place if—
(a)
its occupier consents to the entry or the purpose of the entry is to get the occupier’s consent; or
(b)
it is a public place and the entry is made when it is open to the public; or
(c)
it is an accountable person’s place of business and is—
(i)
open for carrying on the business; or
(ii)
otherwise open for entry; or
(d)
the entry is permitted by a warrant.
(2)
Subsection (1)(c) does not apply if the accountable person’s place of business is, or is part of, a dwelling house.
