117ZF Disqualification as appointed board member
A person is disqualified from becoming or continuing as an appointed board member if—
(a)
the person has a conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or
(b)
the person is an insolvent under administration; or
(c)
the person is disqualified from managing a corporation because of the Corporations Act, part 2D.6; or
(d)
the person is the public trustee; or
(e)
the Minister asks for the person’s consent to make a request under section 117ZK in relation to the person and the person does not consent.
