117ZW Advice or recommendations to Minister if decision not unanimous
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the board gives advice or makes a recommendation about a matter to the Minister under this part; and
(b)
the board’s decision on the matter is not unanimous.
(2)
The board must include with the advice or recommendation a fair summary of the views of the board members who did not agree with the decision.
