182 Witness fees
A person (other than an officer of a government agency) given a notice to attend as a witness at a hearing is entitled to be paid—
(a)
the witness fees prescribed under a regulation; or
(b)
if no witness fees are prescribed—the reasonable witness fees decided by the chairperson.
