210 Chairperson and deputy chairperson of authority
(1)
The Governor in Council must appoint a member as chairperson, and another member as deputy chairperson, of the authority.
(2)
An appointment under subsection (1) may be made by the instrument appointing the person concerned as a member of the authority.
