In a document brought into existence before the commencement of this section, a reference to the Ministers under the pre-amended Act may be taken, if the context permits, to be a reference to the Minister under the amended Act.
A direction, referral, declaration, revocation, decision or other act by the Ministers under the pre-amended Act may be taken, if the context permits, to be a direction, referral, declaration, revocation, decision or other act by the Minister under the amended Act.
In this section—
amended Act means this Act as amended by the Treasury and Trade and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013.
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement of this section.
