49 Requirement for report about investigation
(1)
After the authority completes the investigation, the authority must—
(a)
prepare a written report about the investigation and the results of the investigation; and
(b)
give the report to the Minister.
(2)
The authority may recommend in the report that the report, or part of it, not be made available to the public until the end of a stated period.
(3)
The authority must include the reasons for the recommendation in the report.
