70 Meaning of facility
(1)
Facility includes—
(a)
rail transport infrastructure; and
(b)
port infrastructure; and
(c)
electricity, petroleum, gas or GHG stream transmission and distribution infrastructure; and
(d)
water and sewerage infrastructure, including treatment and distribution infrastructure.
(2)
In this section—
GHG stream see the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009, section 12.
