179 Assessing and deciding applications made before 28 November 2003
(1)
Subsection (2) applies for the following—
(a)
an application lodged under section 34 of the previous Act and not decided before 28 November 2003;
(b)
an application for a review made under section 36 of the previous Act and not decided before 28 November 2003;
(c)
an appeal to the Planning and Environment Court made under section 36(6) of the previous Act and not decided before 28 November 2003.
(2)
An application or appeal mentioned in subsection (1) must be dealt with under the previous Act.
