202 Existing appeals
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person started an appeal to the Planning and Environment Court under former section 111 or former part 13 about a matter; and
(b)
the appeal had not been decided before the commencement.
(2)
The Planning and Environment Court must hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under former section 111 or former part 13 as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed.
