34 Delegation by board
(1)
The board may, by resolution, delegate its functions to—
(a)
a member; or
(b)
a committee of members; or
(c)
the director; or
(d)
a committee established under section 41; or
(e)
an appropriately qualified employee of a department or another government entity performing work for the board under a work performance arrangement; or
(f)
an appropriately qualified employee of the board.
(2)
In this section—
function includes power.
