31 Delegation by trust
(1)
The trust may, by resolution, delegate its functions to—
(a)
a member; or
(b)
a committee of members; or
(c)
the director; or
(d)
a committee established under section 38A; or
(e)
an appropriately qualified employee of the trust.
(2)
In this section—
function includes power.
