7 Role of members
The role of the members includes the following—
(a)
being responsible for the trust’s management;
(b)
ensuring, as far as possible, the trust achieves, and acts in accordance with, its strategic and operational plans;
(c)
accounting to the Minister for the trust’s performance;
(d)
ensuring the trust otherwise performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way.
