154 Attempt to commit offence
(1)
A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act commits an offence.Maximum penalty for an attempt—the maximum penalty for the completed offence.
(2)
The Criminal Code, section 4 applies to subsection (1).
(3)
A person may be convicted of attempting to commit an offence against this Act on a complaint or indictment charging the person with the offence.
