168 Delegations
(1)
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to the chief executive or an appropriately qualified officer of the department.
(2)
The chief executive may delegate the following to an appropriately qualified person—
(a)
the chief executive’s powers under this Act;
(b)
a power delegated to the chief executive under subsection (1).
