17 Chairperson
(1)
The Governor in Council must, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a member to be the chairperson of the board.
(2)
A person may be appointed as the chairperson at the same time as the person is appointed as a member or at another time.
(3)
The chairperson holds office for the term stated in the person’s instrument of appointment as chairperson.
(4)
The stated term must end not later than the person’s term of appointment as a member.
