233 Vacation of particular offices
(1)
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held office as—
(a)
a member under former section 14(1); or
(b)
the deputy chairperson under former section 17(2).
(2)
On the commencement, the person goes out of office.
(3)
No compensation is payable to the person because of subsection (2).
