28 Minister may direct convening of meeting etc.
(1)
The Minister may direct the board to convene a meeting to consider a matter specified by the Minister.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may direct the board to—
(a)
convene a meeting to nominate a member, other than the chairperson, for appointment as the deputy chairperson; and
(b)
give the Minister notice of the board’s nomination as soon as practicable after the meeting is convened.
(3)
The board is to comply with the Minister’s direction.
