60 Information notice about Minister’s decision
After the Minister makes a decision about an approval application, the Minister must give the approval applicant an information notice about the decision.
If the Minister grants the application, the information notice must state the conditions imposed by the Minister to which the approval is to be subject.
If the Minister’s decision is that, should the approval applicant rectify a matter within a period, the Minister would give the approval applicant an approval under section 61, the information notice must state the matter to be rectified, the way it may be rectified and a reasonable period for the matter to be rectified.Example for subsection (3)—
The approval application may be approved on the condition that the approval applicant’s constitution is changed in a stated way within a stated period.
