Ending show cause process without further action

In force

If, after considering the submissions for the show cause notice, the Minister no longer believes a ground exists to cancel the offcourse approval, the Minister must—

(a)

take no further action about the show cause notice; and

(b)

give to the following a notice that no further action about the show cause notice is to be taken—

(i)

the racing bookmaker;

(ii)

the commission.
