The registrar must keep a record of any documents produced to the panel for deciding a panel review application.
Subject to subsection (3), a person may, on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation—
inspect a record kept under subsection (1); or
obtain a copy of a record, or a part of a record, kept under subsection (1).
If the person is a party to the panel review application, the person may inspect the record without charge.
Subsections (2) and (3) do not apply in relation to any part of a record containing information the panel has decided is not to be made publicly available based on a non-disclosure ground.
This section does not affect the operation of another Act that provides for the recording or keeping of evidence.
