252BC Appointment
(1)
The Governor in Council is to appoint each member of the panel, including the chairperson and deputy chairpersons, on the recommendation of the Minister.
(2)
The Minister must recommend persons for appointment to the panel who have experience in a sufficient range of areas mentioned in section 252BD(1)(b) to allow the panel to perform its functions.
(3)
The Minister may recommend a person for appointment only if the Minister is satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under section 252BD.
