45 Annual report
(1)
The annual report for a financial year must contain details of the operations of the commission during the financial year.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the annual report must contain the following—
(a)
a review of the work undertaken by the commission during the financial year; and
(b)
proposals, if any, for improving the operations of the commission; and
(c)
a forecast of the work of the commission for the following financial year.
(3)
In this section—annual report means the commission’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009.
