203 Application for order for payment of costs or compensation under s 200, 201 or 202
(1)
An application to a court under section 200, 201 or 202 is, and any order made by the court on the application is a judgment, in the court’s civil jurisdiction.
(2)
Any issue on the application is to be decided on the balance of probabilities.
