77 Contravention of condition
(1)
A holder of an Act instrument must not contravene a condition of the instrument, including a condition mentioned in section 75.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2)
The penalty under subsection (1) may be imposed whether or not the instrument is cancelled or suspended because of the contravention.
