43 Extent to which vehicle access permit granted
A vehicle access permit taken to have been granted under sections 42(2) or 42(3) is taken to have been granted only—
(a)
for the vehicle stated by the person when applying for the permit; and
(b)
for the period stated by the person when applying for the permit.
