66 Surrendering permits
(1)
The holder of a permit may surrender it by giving written notice of surrender to the chief executive.
(2)
A permit surrendered under subsection (1) no longer has effect from—
(a)
the day for surrender stated in the notice; or
(b)
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the notice is received.
