5 Relationship with resource Acts and Environmental Protection Act
(1)
This Act applies despite any resource Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the Planning Act or the Water Act 2000 (each the other Act).
(2)
A restriction or requirement under this Act applies as well as any restriction or requirement under the other Act.
