Ministerial direction to investigate

(1)

The Minister may, by notice, direct the relevant chief executive to cause an authorised person to exercise the person’s functions under section 86, 87 or 88 in relation to a stated matter related to ensuring compliance with this Act.

(2)

The department’s annual report must include details of each direction given under this section during the year.
