95 Production of instrument of appointment for inspection
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an administrator is exercising, or proposes to exercise, a power given under this part; and
(b)
a person at the registered premises asks the administrator to produce the administrator’s instrument of appointment for the person’s inspection.
(2)
The administrator must comply with the request.
