154 Particular leases continue to be retail shop leases
(1)
This section applies in relation to a lease if—
(a)
immediately before the commencement, the lease was a retail shop lease; and
(b)
but for subsection (2), the lease would not be a retail shop lease because of section 5A(2)(a) or (c).
(2)
Despite section 5A(2)(a) or (c), the lease is, and has always been, a retail shop lease.
(3)
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of the Retail Shop Leases Amendment Act 2016, section 5.
