156 Existing mediators
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a person held office as a mediator under section 95, as in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the person—
(a)
is taken to have been appointed by the commissioner under section 95; and
(b)
continues to hold office on the terms and conditions that applied in relation to the person immediately before the commencement.
