22D Financial and legal advice reports
(1)
A prospective lessee, other than a prospective franchisee, of a retail shop who is not a major lessee must, before entering into the lease, give the lessor—
(a)
a financial advice report; and
(b)
a legal advice report.
(2)
A prospective assignee of a retail shop lease who is not a major lessee must, before entering into the assignment, give the lessor—
(a)
a financial advice report; and
(b)
a legal advice report.
