121 Application to Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal for review of vexatious applicant declaration
A person subject to a declaration made under section 114 may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to
QCAT for a review of a decision of the information commissioner to declare the person a vexatious applicant.
