94A Agency or Minister authorised to give access to documents
If an agency or Minister agrees to give access to a document, or a part of a document, to a participant in an external review—
(a)
the agency or Minister is authorised to give access to the document or part to the participant; and
(b)
the external review continues as if the review did not apply in relation to the document or part.
