Auditors

In force

A person must not—

(a)

consent to be appointed as auditor of the Association; or

(b)

act as auditor of the Association; or

(c)

prepare a report required to be prepared under section 17A;

if—

(d)

the person is not a registered company auditor; or

(e)

the person is—

(i)

an employee of the Association; or

(ii)

a member of the Council; or

(iii)

a partner, employer or employee of a member of the Council.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
