19 Protection from liability for Council members
(1)
A member of the Council does not incur civil liability for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act including the Association’s rules.
(2)
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member of the Council, the liability attaches instead to the Association.
