In this Act—Association means the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland, the body corporate preserved, continued in existence and constituted by this Act.Council means the Council of the Association established under the rules of the Association.Minister...prescribed land, for part 3A, see section 17D.registered company auditor means a person registered as an auditor, or taken to be registered as an auditor, under the Corporations Act.registrar means the registrar of titles.Society...Trust means the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland Exhibition Ground Trust established under the Brisbane Exhibition Grounds Trust Act 1965.
