45 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister must, within each period of 10 years after 1 July 2013, review this Act to decide whether its provisions remain appropriate.
(2)
The Minister must, as soon as practicable after finishing each review, table a report about the outcome of the review in the Legislative Assembly.
