53 Transitional appointments of directors of board
(1)
This section applies to a person holding appointment as a director immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2)
The term of appointment stated in the person’s instrument of appointment as a director continues to apply as if section 17 had not been amended by the Rural Adjustment Authority Amendment Act 2004.
